Cattery and breeding records — All records you create within the platform, including cat profiles, litter records, kitten details, health records, financial records, show records, grooming logs, and waiting list entries. This data belongs to you.
Contract and document data — Digital sale contracts, signed agreements, and document vault uploads that you create or upload.
Payment information — We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full card details — these are handled securely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Usage data — Basic server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages accessed. This helps us diagnose issues and improve the service.
Communications — If you contact us via the feedback form or email, we retain those communications.

We retain your account and cattery data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it may be permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
