Please read these Terms carefully before using Regal Instinx. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Regal Instinx™ is a software-as-a-service platform designed for cat breeders to manage their cattery records, litters, health data, finances, contracts, and related activities. The service is operated by Regal Instinx and accessed via regalinstinx.com.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use Regal Instinx. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
Access to Regal Instinx requires an active paid subscription. The current pricing is:
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis using the payment method you provide. You authorise us to charge your payment method on each billing date.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. Access to the service may be suspended or terminated if payment cannot be collected.
Where a free trial is offered, it begins on the date you register and ends on the date specified at sign-up. At the end of the trial period your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the dashboard or by contacting us at hello@regalinstinx.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under consumer law, please contact us.
All cattery records, cat profiles, litter data, health records, financial records, and other content you enter into Regal Instinx belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.
You may request an export of all your data at any time from within the Settings section of the dashboard. Upon cancellation or account deletion, you may request that we delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Regal Instinx provides tools to help you organise your cattery records and access reference information. It does not constitute veterinary advice. Health records, medication references, breeding calculators, and any other information within the platform are provided for organisational and reference purposes only.
Always consult a qualified veterinary professional for any health or medical decisions concerning your animals.
The Regal Instinx platform, its design, software, trademarks, and all content created by us are our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during your active subscription period.
We aim to keep Regal Instinx available 24 hours a day, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any planned downtime.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from the service. Where we make material changes that reduce functionality you rely on, we will provide reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regal Instinx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to us in that period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice within the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
